Pa-lao-yu dive resort is the brainchild of IDC Staff Instructor Iane Pe Halili. Iane and his staff of 7, all PADI dive professionals, started operating in December 2012 years of diving Experience from its individual dive professionals has allowed the operations of this relatively new dive.
