Tubbataha is an isolated location, so there is no Dive Resort from where you can start your dives there, Tubbataha can only be visited on a liveaboard boat (in the time from March to June).

Tubbataha is the best diving location in Philippines and it is World Heritage site of UNESCO since 1993. Beautiful coral reef and so many fish and any kind of marine life around two big atolls. Reef is middle of Sulu sea and Open season is from March to June only for monsoon season.
The trip from Puerto Princesa at Palawan island. Palawan is one hour flight from Manila. Trip is 6/7, Sunday onboard and offer Whale shark swimming at Honda bay before onboard Palausport. Free Mango and Banana onboard.
